The Cow Horn Chair is an iconic Scandinavian chair and a sculptural masterpiece for design lovers. It provides exemplary seating comfort which both occupies and defines a space—a fundamental philosophy of Knud Færch’s design.
The beautiful mortising and complicated curved lines of the armrests make the Cow Horn Chair an archetypal piece of craftsmanship, with a unique elegance and consummate finish. True to the deluxe spirit of the 1960s, the design is available in oak or walnut or a connoisseur version in which the backrest and frame are finished in the contrasting timbers.
The seat is available in upholstery or the highest quality leather. Choose either an exclusive Kvadrat furnishing fabric or leather in shades carefully selected by Warm Nordic.

The Designer /
Knud Faerch
Even from a very young age, accompanying his father in his carpentry workshop, Knud Færch was heavily influenced by wood as a natural material and the aesthetic effects of design. This fascination led Færch to study interior design, which eventually led to a landmark meeting with the highly influential Finn Juhl. The prolific Danish architect taught furniture design and inspired Knud Færch to forge his own flourishing career as a furniture designer in the 1950s and 1960s.
