Design has always been at the heart of Ercol’s rich history – design for comfort, design for function and design for beauty.

Ercol was established over 100 years ago in 1920 by Italian designer Lucian R Ercolani in High Wycombe, the centre of English furniture making.  He was intent on designing and producing relevant and honest furniture, design and people were the cornerstones of his company from the very beginning. This remains true of the company today, it remains family owned with Lucian’s great grandson heading up the business to continue his beliefs today.

The company is constantly evolving to reflect the needs of modern living. Ercol has a talented In-house design team and also collaborates with leading international designers, to create unique pieces made with integrity and fit for purpose.

We are delighted to share the images of the newly completed Chapel of St. Peter at Auckland School St. Peter's College. It has been a privilege to be involved in providing the furniture for a stunning new piece of New Zealand architecture.
