When Dan and Emma founded Good Form, Ercol was the first brand they sought to align with. The couple owned original furniture by the company’s founder, Lucian Ercolani and loved how the designs remained timeless and relevant. The quality of the craftsmanship also meant each piece was just as usable as the day it was made.
From 2003-2010 Dylan was self-employed and workshop-based, undertaking a wide variety of design work for individual clients, companies and consultancies. During this period he also developed his own range of products based on simple observations, material experimentation and efficient production.
Since 2011 Dylan has been part of the in-house design team at Ercol Furniture, where he has designed and developed a number of award-winning, commercially successful products and ranges.
Recent awards include three Design Guild Marks, in 2017 for the Modulo storage system, in 2016 for the Marino chair and sofa, and in 2014 for the Romana cabinet range.
