The Romana IR TV Unit features a cupboard section for storing your digital and AV equipment alongside two soft close drawers. The really clever bit is in the “IR eye” which enables you to use your remote control with your digiboxes and satellite boxes stored out of sight, behind the closed wooden doors. The front edge of the TV cabinet frame bears the signature soft curve and the legs have the fluid organic curves and chamfers that characterise Romana. Fluid wave-shaped cut-out recesses provide the door and drawer handles—another design signature of the range.
Romana is a modern dining and living-room furniture collection with soft curves and sophisticated craftsmanship that emphasise Ercol’s skill in working with solid timber. Each piece is made from sustainable pale oak and finished in a clear matt lacquer to both protect the timber and show off its beauty.
