The late French designer, Charlotte Perriand, was featured in an exhibition launch for Paris Design Week 2023 to show a new collection of rugs. It was supported by a collection of archival objects from the designer's estate including objects and illustrations from the late designer. The rugs are created from a series of colours sourced from her drawings and matched to the original colours she had a at hand in a toolbox of materials.
Crafted from 100% Himalayan wool by cc-tapis artisans in Nepal, Les Arcs reproduces the original designs in 3 sizes and in 12 assorted shades – from light “antelope” brown and “abeille” yellow to bright “amiral” blue and “azalée” pink. A testament to Charlotte Perriand’s lifelong passion for artisanal craft.

CC-Tapis
Born in France, designed in Milan, and produced in Nepal, cc-tapis offers beautiful hand-crafted rugs from some of the world’s leading artists and designers. Each cc-tapis rug tells a story of tradition, quality and contemporary design. At the centre of these stories is a traditional production process where a group of Tibetan artisans work by hand, refining natural materials, passing down artisanal know-how from generation to generation.
